I thought hard about the theme and while exploring the site and the sample Free Flash templates they had, I came upon one which I knew I could manipulate into exactly what I wanted the site to look like and with the help of my programmer friend, we used the template as a base and designed an altogether new flash template though still with the aid of the free site. Afterwards I still had time to finish of the paperworks needed and when I presented this to my boss, he was impressed with the result and the end result after one month? My promotion which I really wanted for the longest time.
